Efficiency of a welding robot system

Robot systems are designed to work on a 100% duty cycle. However, this percentage is never reached.

A 75% (or less) efficiency rate is more common on average applications.

The duty cycle and consequently the  machine efficiency of a  welding robot can depend on a number of different factors.
