Conditions for consistent quality :Consistent quality is only possible if :
The robot system is properly serviced and
wear & tear parts are regularly replaced (contact tip, wire feed roller etc.)
The welding consumables (welding gas and welding wire) are always of the same quality.
The
weldment is properly prepared (no rust, oil, grease etc.) and the gaps between the joints are of a consistent dimension.
The welding parameters are only changed or
modified by an experienced operator or programmer
